New Patient Information

For patients

Our goal is to help you achieve dental health by giving you the right advice and care to keep your teeth and gums in a healthy condition. This requires a joint effort!

Our Responsibility
To make a thorough examination and diagnosis. To explain our findings so that we can together decide upon the course of care that best suits you. To reach a mutual understanding about fees before treatment begins. To provide you with the most up-to-date treatment based upon the latest advances in dental science.

Your Responsibility
To follow conscientiously the home care prevention programme that we devise for you. To bring to our notice any dental discomfort as soon as it occurs. To return for periodic maintenance visits as we may advise. To respect our time by not breaking appointments.

New patients

For all new patients we welcome you to our practice. Before your first appointment, we ask you to fill out the patient medical form and bring it along with you.

Medical History

You will receive an SMS reminder 48hrs before your appointment in which you need to respond Yes if you are coming. We are unable to correspond back and forth via text message, so if you do need to change your appointment please call the practice.
